We really enjoyed our time renting with Masons. The process of renting with them was smooth from start to finish; I found the letting agents to be professional and friendly. They communicated really well and were very quick to answer emails. We mainly worked with Trupti and Connor, who were always professional and friendly. I found their inspections to be very thorough and professional, and I felt very heard and listened to when we had queries or issues to raise, and they were dealt with as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend them :)

I’ve had a great experience with Masons. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, straightforward and stress-free. We really appreciate all the support and guidance from Mason’s throughout the renting process. Everything was handled smoothly and promptly. Luke was especially helpful in responding to all our queries and arranging everything we needed before we moved in. We found Mason’s letting agents to be very responsive, transparent, and professional, especially compared with other agents we contacted in Luton.
