I have known Luke for 15 plus years from when he was involved in the initial letting of my apartment in Hitchin as I had moved to France and that went so smoothly and no problems were encountered. Time has moved on and various changes have occurred. However Luke has remained in touch with me and has became an important source of property related advice. I was aware that he had established his own property agency in Hitchin. More recently I became concerned how effective the existing agent had become and following disturbing conversations with them and with the existing tenant giving notice I felt it necessary to contact Luke and after negative responses from the existing agency I had to protect my asset and instruct Masons to handle the end of tenancy matters and to re-market the property. This involved a lot of work in the property repairs, restoration, replacements and redecoration etc. Being an absentee landlord I had to put the onus on Luke to advise and to source the necessary expertise. He did all this so quickly and to an amazing standard and to be honest at a very reasonable cost and he was also able to recover a good proportion of the tenants deposit .
