We really appreciate all the support and guidance from Mason’s throughout the renting process. Everything was handled smoothly and promptly. Luke was especially helpful in responding to all our queries and arranging everything we needed before we moved in. We found Mason’s letting agents to be very responsive, transparent, and professional, especially compared with other agents we contacted in Luton. We’re very happy with their service and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a property agent.

Masons (Luke) are first class Letting Agents, going above and beyond. Since we started using his firm to find tenants, on several occasions now, not only has he found new tenants swiftly, but all have been very suitable tenants. Luke is extremely approachable and knowledgeable, and nothing is too much trouble. He dealt with the paperwork and legalities on our behalf, leaving us to concentrate on preparing the apartment. All in all, it was a stress free time for us, knowing that we were in capable hands. You receive a very personal service from Luke and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Masons for both landlords and tenants.

Luke is genuinely in a league of his own. I wouldn’t sell or let with anyone else. He’s someone you can have absolute trust in. Luke is transparent, highly knowledgeable and 100% reliable. Masons are head and shoulders above everyone else in all areas. The team are just excellent. Can’t recommend highly enough.
