I have used masons for both managing my buy to let properties as well as selling a property for me. I have found the team exceptional with their communication and sound advice. Having dealt with agencies in the past who have given inferior service I cannot recommend Masons enough. I have to mention Luke and Trupti who give me complete peace of mind that they are keeping me compliant with all the latest rules with the Renters Rights Bill. A real cut above the rest.

Luke and Connor at Masons were really great when we used them to find a house - always quick to respond and to support us with everything, sorted out extra visits and queries and explained the whole process clearly. The process of references and signing contracts and etc was very easy too. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our time renting with Masons. The process of renting with them was smooth from start to finish; I found the letting agents to be professional and friendly. They communicated really well and were very quick to answer emails. We mainly worked with Trupti and Connor, who were always professional and friendly. I found their inspections to be very thorough and professional, and I felt very heard and listened to when we had queries or issues to raise, and they were dealt with as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend them :)
