Luke and Connor at Masons were really great when we used them to find a house - always quick to respond and to support us with everything, sorted out extra visits and queries and explained the whole process clearly. We really enjoyed our time renting with Masons. The process of renting with them was smooth from start to finish; I found the letting agents to be professional and friendly. They communicated really well and were very quick to answer emails. We mainly worked with Trupti and Connor, who were always professional and friendly. I found their inspections to be very thorough and professional, and I felt very heard and listened to when we had queries or issues to raise, and they were dealt with as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend them :)
