We believe in a fair and transparent fee structure, that’s why, unlike most agents, we do not, mark-up maintenance invoices, receive back-handers or commission from contractors, inflate the cost of ongoing safety certificates such as gas safety reports or charge additional fees to renew a tenancy agreement, serve notice or to protect a deposit
