We believe in a fair and transparent fee structure, that’s why, unlike most agents, we do not, mark-up maintenance invoices, receive back-handers or commission from contractors, inflate the cost of ongoing safety certificates such as gas safety reports or charge additional fees to renew a tenancy agreement, serve notice or to protect a deposit

Nothing but praise for MASONS. We were forced into a move due to our landlords selling up. I put an email blast out to all local letting agents a few months ago to ask they look out for a suitable property for us, and Luke was one of only three agents to respond to say he’d keep a look out.
