We had a great experience with Masons, especially Connor. He was thorough, responsive, and always happy to answer our questions. As first-time renters in the UK moving from Germany, we really appreciated his support and guidance, particularly with our unique circumstances. The whole process felt personal and genuine throughout—we never felt like just another application being processed. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, with every effort made to meet our timeline. We're very grateful for Connor's help and would highly recommend both him and Masons.

This is the first time I have rented from Masons and it was by far the best experience I have had with a rental agent (this is my 4th rental property all with different agencies!) . Luke and Connor made the whole thing so simple, which on the surface it wasn't as I was relocating from Loughborough to the area for a new job. From the initial email reply it was just great, I happened to be in Spain when I emailed and Luke gave me a live video tour while I was sat by the poolside 😂 Once I was back Connor went out of his way to meet me at the property and it was secured quickly and efficiently online. Highly recommend Masons as they definitely go above and beyond what I had come to expect from a letting agent. Thanks again

Of all the agents I've used to rent out properties, Masons are by far the best. Their pricing is transparent and fair, they do the most wonderful marketing videos and their service to both me and the tenants is top notch and highly responsive. Don’t think you can get a better estate agent. The service provided is given with genuine care and support not something common with buying a house. Luke went out his way several times to ensure our house was a home before we moved in, with great recommendations and excellent local knowledge. 5* probably isn’t enough

Amazing service coupled with expert guidance and advice! We had a property which was achieving below market value rent, due to no rent increases being prompted from the previous managing agent. When the tenant left the property, we reached out to Luke at Masons. Not only was the service impeccable at every stage (communication, appraisal, compliance), but Luke guided us on how we could realise the full potential of the proeprty. The contractors he used to bring the property upto a high standard not only did fantastic work, but were also very competitively priced.
