In July we started renting a property advertised and then managed by Masons. During agreeing the rental they were professional, good communicators and easy to deal with. Nothing but praise for MASONS. We were forced into a move due to our landlords selling up. I put an email blast out to all local letting agents a few months ago to ask they look out for a suitable property for us, and Luke was one of only three agents to respond to say he’d keep a look out. We cannot recommend Masons highly enough. Luke has been looking after our property for a few years now whilst we are abroad and has been excellent in every way. Luke has a great library of contacts with tradespeople and has always been able to resolve occasional issues both promptly and at reasonable cost. After our long-term tenants recently vacated the property, Luke found us suitable new tenants immediately, and also organized a substantial refurbishment of the property in a short time frame before they moved in. At every step, Luke came with sensible solutions and his project management and attention to detail were second to none. As overseas landlords having someone local who we can trust to look after the property is invaluable. Masons also advise us regarding all legal obligations and make sure all the necessary checks are kept up to date.
