I have used masons for both managing my buy to let properties as well as selling a property for me. I have found the team exceptional with their communication and sound advice. Having dealt with agencies in the past who have given inferior service I cannot recommend Masons enough. I have to mention Luke and Trupti who give me complete peace of mind that they are keeping me compliant with all the latest rules with the Renters Rights Bill. A real cut above the rest.

Luke and Connor at Masons were really great when we used them to find a house - always quick to respond and to support us with everything, sorted out extra visits and queries and explained the whole process clearly. We really enjoyed our time renting with Masons. The process of renting with them was smooth from start to finish; I found the letting agents to be professional and friendly. They communicated really well and were very quick to answer emails. We mainly worked with Trupti and Connor, who were always professional and friendly. I found their inspections to be very thorough and professional, and I felt very heard and listened to when we had queries or issues to raise, and they were dealt with as quickly as possible. Masons (Luke) are first class Letting Agents, going above and beyond. Since we started using his firm to find tenants, on several occasions now, not only has he found new tenants swiftly, but all have been very suitable tenants. Luke is extremely approachable and knowledgeable, and nothing is too much trouble. He dealt with the paperwork and legalities on our behalf, leaving us to concentrate on preparing the apartment. All in all, it was a stress free time for us, knowing that we were in capable hands. Very attentive service when selling a house for us. As a small business it was good to deal with just one person (Luke) making it a very personal experience. Kept us informed at all times and answered emails and phone calls very quickly. He saw the process right through to completion and was efficient and professional. We would definately use Masons again if we were to sell a property.

I have known Luke for 15 plus years from when he was involved in the initial letting of my apartment in Hitchin as I had moved to France and that went so smoothly and no problems were encountered. Time has moved on and various changes have occurred. However Luke has remained in touch with me and has became an important source of property related advice. I was aware that he had established his own property agency in Hitchin. More recently I became concerned how effective the existing agent had become and following disturbing conversations with them and with the existing tenant giving notice I felt it necessary to contact Luke and after negative responses from the existing agency I had to protect my asset and instruct Masons to handle the end of tenancy matters and to re-market the property. This involved a lot of work in the property repairs, restoration, replacements and redecoration etc. Being an absentee landlord I had to put the onus on Luke to advise and to source the necessary expertise. He did all this so quickly and to an amazing standard and to be honest at a very reasonable cost and he was also able to recover a good proportion of the tenants deposit . I am so pleased to be working with Luke and his team and I can only thank him for his hard work and would certainly recommend his services and a safe pair of hands

This is the first time I have rented from Masons and it was by far the best experience I have had with a rental agent (this is my 4th rental property all with different agencies!) . Luke and Connor made the whole thing so simple, which on the surface it wasn't as I was relocating from Loughborough to the area for a new job. From the initial email reply it was just great, I happened to be in Spain when I emailed and Luke gave me a live video tour while I was sat by the poolside 😂 Once I was back Connor went out of his way to meet me at the property and it was secured quickly and efficiently online.
